Facing Tiles/ roof tiles/ paving block made of natural clay Our Facing/roof tiles and paving block is useful for an everlasting surface of the building and pavement. The tiles protect the building from damping of wall and help its base to keep internal environment cool by protecting rain and sun. The major advantage is that it does not have any maintenance cost. No painting is required forever if it can be washed with water and brush one or twice in a year. We produce different types of facing tiles and strips which is made of different types of processed clay and which is free of salinity. Our Facing Tile has different types of color such as RED, WHITE, APPRICOT, BEIGE, BLACK AND BUFF. Size is eight-inch length, two and half inch width and one or half inch thick. Water absorption of this is 2% to 5% and the crushing strength is 8000 Psi to 9000 Psi (Approx.). Our Facing strip has two different colors. One is RED and another is STONE. Size is eight-inch length, two-inch width and two inch thick. Water absorption is 5% and the crushing strength is 5500 Psi (Approx.). The facings are burnt at high temperature to achieve greater strength and durability. It has extremely low water absorption to resist water seepage stains and fungus growths and permanent color for everlasting beauty. These are pasting items created from nature and directly pasted on the brick wall. These are totally maintenance free. Roof tiles made of clay This kind of roof tiles are made of clay and it has a natural beauty. Saline free and silicon coated to protect the roof top from the sun and rain. How clay made facing tiles and strips save the maintenance cost of the building? The facing tiles and Strips have a very smooth finished surface which is not glaze like the washroom tiles which is produced by other companies as facing tiles. It has wide range of authentic earthy shades. It has to be fixed with cement and sand on the non-plastered brick wall. The mortar ratio is 1: 4 for cement and sand respectively. The cost of plastering and painting the brick wall is not required if the Facing tiles and strips are used. These can be used for both interior and exterior wall. Pointing work is required on the tiles and strips. It saves some mortar, which can be reused. The building made with clay made facing tiles and strips do not need any more painting work forever. However, it needs to be washed with water and Brush once or twice in a year. All the buildings, which are not made with any facing tiles, need to be painted every after two or three years. Otherwise, it looks like an old building. It increases the maintenance cost of the building and minimizes the construction time
